• Book Hotel / Venue
• Book Band / DJ – we recommend you listen to your entertainment before booking them.

**A deposit will have to be placed on all the above, get everything in writing and confirmation of all deposits

1 Year – 9 Months

• Decide on your Bridesmaids & Groomsmen
• Book Wedding Cars / transport
• Choir for Church – if required
• Bride & Bridesmaids – dresses and fabric
• Plan and book Honeymoon

9 Months – 6 Months

• Make Guest list
• If dresses are being made – 1st Fitting
• Visit Hotel
• Start looking at flowers
• Apply for Wedding License
• Wedding Cake

6 Months – 3 Months

• Start deciding on menu and details for hotel – food & beverage
• Order Stationary
• Order Flowers
• Organise suits for Groom & Groomsmen
• Bride & Bridesmaid(s)– book make-up, hair etc
• Plan Hen’s Party & Stag Party
• Wedding Gift list

2 Months – 3 Months

• Post Wedding invitations
• Visit hotel and go through final details
• Wedding Gift list

1 Month out – 2 Weeks out

• Confirm all details with hotel
• Relax, rest and de-tox

Week of Wedding

• Pay hotel, band etc
• Collect Cake, Suits and Dresses
• Give all final details & items to hotel
• Table plan for hotel
